Evolution is nestled in splendid isolation on the southern coast of Grand Cayman in Bodden Town. The former capital of the island, it’s a world away from the sophisticated 7 mile strip - rustic, colonial, picturesque, with an undulating ocean along a coral reef. About a 20 minute drive from George Town, roughly midway between the rugged East End and the buzz of the West, it’s perfectly tranquil and perfectly accessible. There’s well-stocked supermarkets with pretty much everything you need. You can walk along the beach in either direction easily feeling you’re on a Desert Island, snorkel without anyone else peering at the fish with you, have a beer at a local bar and the freshest of fish in the beach shacks and then head over to West Bay for a night of cocktails and fine dining.
